Shipping

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days and packaged with the utmost care. They will be sent via Aus Post from Monday to Friday.

Please make sure your address is correct- as once the items are sent they are unable to be re-routed.

How long does delivery take?

Keep in mind there are postage delays due to COVID-19, once a package is out of our hands we are unable to control or guarantee delivery times.

Returns

Not loving your purchase?

Refund or exchange?

Unfortunately due to the nature of our products we do not refund for change of mind or issues/faults due to lack of candle care.

However we are happy to refund if an item has arrived damaged, if this is the case please contact us within 24 hours of receiving and send an image of the damage.

How to get the most out of your Dear Archie candles?

For an efficient & even burn, let the wax melt all the way to the edge of the glass/tin, it can take 3-4 hours. This is especially important for the first time you light your candle, to avoid wax tunneling in future burns. For longevity of your candle, you should not burn it for more than 4 hours at a time.

Do I need to trim the wick?

Trim your candle to 6mm before you light it. The correct length of wick is paramount for a clean burn. This also helps avoid any breakage of the wick or debris.
